The design of CMOS operational amplifier used for LSI

Pan Lan-fang · Journal of China Institute of Metrology · 2005

The CMOS operational amplifier used for LSI (Large Scale Integrated Circuit) was realized by using CSMC 0.6 μm CMOS technology. The software of SPICE was used to simulate the circuit to predict the performance of the circuit. The physical layout design and verification was finished by using ZeniPDT and ZeniVERI, and the circuit has been finally fabricated through MPW(multi-project-wafer) of Southeast University. The gain of operational amplifier is72.9 dB and the gain bandwidth is 10.2 MHz. Under the supply voltage of (±1.65 V), the power is smaller than 0.5 mW; and the chip area is 0.5 mm×0.5 mm.
