One enterprise which wants to survive at knowledge economic age must implement knowledge ma-nagement. It is a extension and development of information management, a measure of the enterprise to meet knowledge economy, which will filter all aspects of the society. As a saving form of enterprise knowledge, document management is a difficult problem for most of enterprises nowadays. In this text, aiming at the uncountable inner information and the separate information which is hard to solve to the corporation, we put forward a management for enterprise document based on Louts Domino.DOC.
