The property of contraction

The unitary dilation of contraction is studied.Firstly,the property of contraction is investigated by using spectrum norm,numerical range and the method of constructing block matrix.Secondly,the form of unitary dilation for matrix and the existence of unitary dilation for some matrix of sufficient and necessary condition are obtained.
