Design of Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System of Analog Circuits

The technological features of analog circuit fault diagnosis are analyzed in this paper.With the methods of fuzzy reasoning,wavelet analysis,neural network and expert system,the combination framework system of analog circuit fault diagnosis is designed.The application examples show that this method can successfully be applied to the diagnosis of analog circuit faults.
