Influence Mechanism of Matching Factors on Human-information System Interactive Efficiency

The paper Explored two pieces of necessary qualification to improve human-information system(H-IS) interactive efficiency within enterprise computerization environment: first, there are good matching among tasks and human,tasks and IS,human and IS;second,there are good interactive environment during the course of interaction. Established the conceptual model about H-IS interactive efficiency and the three pieces of matching relation of tasks,human,IS and interactive environment.The action mechanism among the three pairs of matching relations and H-IS are analyzed.The results show: the matching between human and tasks,human and IS affect cognitive efficiency and information processing efficiency by cognitive load and psychological load,further affect H-IS interactive efficiency;the matching between tasks and IS affect emotion by anxiety and rationality of IS,further affect cognitive efficiency,and ultimately affect H-IS interactive efficiency.
