Liaoyang water resources management information system is an integrated management information system based on GIS.For its development,ArcGIS ENGINE is used as GIS platform and SQL Server is used as the database management platform,and interactive management of spatial data and property data of water resources is realized.The system is based on the daily works of water administration,and an integrated management system was established for water Abstraction licensing,water Abstraction measuring,water resources fees collection and all kinds of water resources data.
