Mobile banking service is a brand new mode of electrical payment and a sort of application of E-business. This article introduced the mobile banking service of Hunan Mobile Communication Cooperation project comprehensively. Based on the working over the operation data up to the present,a simple analysis about the developing pattern and outlook of the operation in E-business was made.
