An Extension of the Vitali-Hahn-Sakes-Nikodym Convergence Theorem

In this paper,the author proves a subseries convergence theorem on effect algebras,extends the Vitali-Hahn-Sakes-Nikodym convergence theorem from the σ algebra to the effect algebra,and meanwhile obtains a convergence theorem for regular measuring.
