According to the lottery selling and relevant prize-winning rules, the article analyzes the aspects of the attraction from the amount of higher prize and the winning probability of lower prize synthetically. Rationality question of the lottery project attributes to its attraction of lottery fans. The article uses a parameter to express the buyers' mentality. Then it consolidates the two parts into a programming model and also considers bonus bind factor at the same time. Finally it has made a comprehensive appraisal of 29 common current lottery projects.
