Discussion on the Merits and Demerits of the Application of RFID Technology in Library Management

RFID technology is a noncontact automatic identification technology. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of RFID technology and its application in all fields especially in the library management, this paper expounds the importance of RFID technology in the construction of modern library.
