Designing of Centralized SIP Video Conference System Model

In this article,Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) was introduced,and compared with H.323 Protocol,and its advantage was analyzed.With centralized video conference system as model,the basic elements,such as Focus,Mixer,Conference Policy Server(CPS),Conference Notification Service(CNS) etc were introduced.The conference control process was described in detail,as well as the function of every elements and the control process such as initiation and joining.
