Objective To investigate the practical value of Color doppler ultrasound's application in the limbs aneurysms pre-and-post artificial vascular Reconstructive surgery.Methods through ultrasound image feature analysis of the 25 limbs aneurysm cases;together with the ultrasound image feature analysis of the 5 out of the mentioned 25 case ot the pre-and-post artificial vascular reconstructive surgery.Results Color doppler ultrasound can accurately reflect the patcent’s vascular conditions before the limbs artificial operations,the transplant vascularity afteropertions and whether there’s any complications.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is non-invasive,accurate and easily repeatable.It thus has become the main means in teasting the fluency of postoperative transplant vascularity and in detecting the complications after operations.
