Junk short messages of mobile telephone bring inconvenience to people's life and study,and some with the nature of fraud result in various degree of economic loss.Either from the government level or the mobile telephone operators and etc.should play their respective roles to control junk short messages by resisting the emergence of junk short messages and striving to purify the short messages' environment.
