A Smoothing Method for Reifenberg Domains

Reifenberg domains satisfy a kind of locally flat condition at any boundary point and at any scale.We provide a method of smoothing Reifenberg domains by considering the upper level sets of mollified characteristic functions of the domains.Our method includes interior and exterior approximations.
