Load balancing in parallel computing based on LAN

Load balancing is one of the most important problems when people ant designing parallel computing.To realize it based on LAN is a cheaper way.This paper analyses the uncertain factors in LAN,the characteristic of the calculating problem,and then prints out a 3-lay model.This model is suitable to the LAN.You can scale it easily when you needir.For load balancing,this paper also discusses Two-way Subsection Computing Algorithm.
