The Method of Spares Configuration Optimization Based on Markov Model

Spares directly influence enterprise security operations and cost management,related to the enterprise's prestige and efficiency.In order to elevate the efficiency of spares, a method of spares configuration optimization based on Markov model is proposed according to tradeoff between the cost of spares and the availability of mechanical system.The model of spares configuration based on dynamic programming is built using the method,and the system availability is selected as constraint,the total cost is identified as optimization objective,so as to determine the optimal number of spares configuration,which bring the maximal efficiency of overall spares.Finally,combined with a mechanical workshop,thus indicating that the method is effective and feasible.
