Design of the Bond Stress Monitoring System of Instrumented Motor

Aimed at the shortcomings of the current research methods on propellant aging and charge shortage,the concept of instrumented motor is introduced.The basic requirements of bond-stress monitoring system for instrumented motor are presented.The technical approaches in the development of bond-stress sensor and monitoring system for instrumented motor are studied.The monitoring system prototype is desgned.The experiment results show that this system can effectively monitor the bond stress of the motor.
