Discussion on the Workflow-based Survey Scientific Project Management

This article presents a workflow-based survey project management model, and describes the manage-ment model contents. The application of this model is introduced on the basis of an example of real scientific pro-ject. The practice has proved that the model is better than the traditional methods.
