Contract Intelligent Analysis and Proc essing of CBR

With the continuous development of information technology and the gradual popula rizing of enterprise information, enterprises need to build high efficient meth od to process a mass of information and to meet the variational demands. Moreov er, contract information is important to enterprise management, but now the pr evious means of contract processing can't satisfy the demands and a new method is required. An Intelligent contract analysis and processing technology is pres ented in this paper, where contract decomposition and case coding, hiberarchy index are discussed and knowledge database technology is applied to case revisio n.
