New protocol in load management system and its implementation

New protocol in load management system has published by State Grid Corporation of China.This paper discusses the main feature of the protocol,especially in frame structure and transfer rule.Based on the discussion and terminal simulation,three layers architecture model based on database and terminal simulation software are presented respectively.To solve the huge counts terminals simulation problem,terminal group concept is presented and the main algorithms are discussed.Now the developed software is well used in load management system software test.
