Stakeholder Classification Based on Cybernetics

It is a research hotspot to classify stakeholder in the whole study of stakeholder theory. That is also a difficulty baffling corporate governance field these years. Based on basic logic of cybernetics,it propounded that stakeholder should be classified according to their different status. There are three types,which is leading stakeholder,accepting stakeholder and indirect stakeholder. And it had a further discussion about relative relation among them.
