Bayes method provides an effective forecast way,which can connect personality and impersonality together and adjust forecast the result in time with the continuous increase in information.In this way,the investment estimation of construction project will be more and more accuracy.Bayes generalization theory is introduced and applied it in estimation of the market project,on the other hand,a example of engineering is given.
