Whether the expression of articles in criminal law conforms to logical rules is a baseline for measuring legislative techniques of a penal code. Excellent legislative techniques must not be against logical rules.Contemporary formal logic can be used as an accurate tool of science based on objective materialism,which can efficiently improve legislative techniques to guide the practice of criminal legislation.
