Application of Multimedia Methods in the Teaching Process of Swimming Technique

The author compared the application of multimedia methods and traditional teaching methods in the teaching process of swimming technique, and the results demonstrated that the multimedia methods can change the traditional teaching process of swimming, and it' s more effective in both the students' subjective reflection and the teaching' effects In coduring the practical application.
