On Network Virtual Property and Its Criminal Law Protection

The virtual property is the product of the industry of on-line games which is developing rapidly.The issues of the virtual property have been emerging.Because of the lack of law in this respect,the problems that how to position network virtual property legally and whether we should protect it have caused disputes in academic circles.This article analyses the ways to protect virtual property from two angles(civil law and criminal law).Now,the new law about virtual property should be created as soon as possible.
