A note on the lower bound of Ramsey numbers

Ramsey number is an important subject in combinatorics, but finding the Ramsey numbers R(k, t) is a very difficult problem. In this paper,a new formula of lower bound of Ramsey numbers R(k1 ,k2, … ,km) was obtained. The paper also pointed out some mistakes in the paper of Liu Fu-gui, which was published in Mathematics in Practice and Theory in 2002.
