One Method Calculating the Ellipse Perimeter and the Applications

Calculating the ellipse perimeter often occurs in engineering construction and thermo-calculation.As calculating ellipse perimeter belongs to ellipse integral,without accurate result,there is no idiographic and exact formula heretofore.One formula calculating the ellipse perimeter applied to engineering area was educed in this paper by means of the ellipse area calculating.It had been testified by practice and theory that the tolerance of the formula is less than 3%.
