High-quality Noise Suppression Portable Battery Internal Resistance Tester

One kind of battery internal resistance measuring instrument has been designed based on AC proportion method.By analysis of noise that impacts on measurement accuracy,some technical measures,such as instrumentation amplifier,lock-in amplifier and double integration AD converter,have been used to suppress noise and some experiments also have been done.Experiment results show that the noise suppression methods proposed in the paper can effectively increase signal-to-noise ratio and resolution ratio in weak signal detection and achieve accurate measuring of battery internal resistance.
