On the Construction of Tax System in Webnomics

At present,China's webnomics basically dissociate outside tax revenue system.Bringing webnomics into the tax base will help improve the tax system.However,the present tax system is not feasible to cyber economy.Therefore we can introduct and adopt Bit Tax on the network economy to take this problem.
