Forecast and Simulation of Blockage in Spray Gun Based on System of Coating MAchine

The blockage in spraying gun pipeline is generated offen,which affects the accept abilty of tablet coating seriously.The old method cannot forecast the blockage and lag.To accurately forecast the blockage and deal with postprocessing problem in spraying gun pipeline,a forecasting model based on neural network was put forward in the paper.Each process parameter was simulated by neural cells in the forecasting model,receving various information from pipeline of spaying gun and forcasting critical conditions of blockage in the spraying gun.Optimization and simulation analysis by using neural toolbox of MATALAB,the result demonstrated that the forecasting model can largely improve the accuracy of blockage forecast.Experiment proved that the forecasting model can forecast the moment of blockage in the spraying gun pipeline at time and the spray gun can be realized preventive clean-up by the combination of forecasting model and PLC.
