In order to solve the problem that IC circuits cease to be effective at high temperature,by the theory of zero temperature coefficient gate bias voltage points and leakage current compensation method,we have designed a high-temperature precision bandgap reference circuit that can work under 3.5-5.5V supply voltage range, and its accuracy is up to 1.5×10-6 V/℃from room temperature to 190 ℃.This design method of bandgap reference in this paper is unique. It is different from the conventional methods which abtain a low temperature bandgap reference by precisely matching the resistance and higher order feedback. This high-temperature bandgap also has a wide voltage operating range, low temperature drift, process corners stable performance, and the ability to work under high temperature conditions. This design method has finally solved the problem of 150 ℃-limit that the vast majority of precision bandgap designs are unable to exceed.
