Expert system for lance height control in converter based on sound strength

Aimed at lance height control in converter blowing process based on relation between mouth noise sound strength and slag-thickness in converter,an expert system for lance height control was set up to avoid splash and drying and optimize lance blowing process.Simulation shows that the system can stably control lance and prevent from splash and drying,so it is an effective method to control lance in blowing process.
