Development and Establishment on the System of Journal Editor Office Management and Application

This paper based on the traditional editing process set up the online journal paper processing and office automation system,this system according to the function points can be divided into several parts: 1.Remote processing system:the user register and login to the remote as ordinary users,the editor,editor-in -chief and referees can have administrator for net users add;2.Released networks and management system: each issue of the journal PDF documents can also claim the ebook way;3.Articles editors system:online processing manuscripts,the convenient,quick,save time and effort.4.Database management:to do a good job statistics for the classification of the manuscript,the author information.
