Design and Implementation of Backup System Based on P2P Network

A P2P Backup and Restore System is presented and realized.Block data is transferred to answering peers through optimal data assignment mechanism.In order to improve the reliability on the backup file,the system adopts grouping P2P mutual replication redundancy method.If a file is lost,the system will utilize mutiple security manner to ensure the integrity and factuality of the recovered file.Meantime,it adopts the index mechanism of backup to improve the recover efficiency.Simulation results show that the methods can improve the upload velocity of backuping file,and enhance reliability on backup system.
