According to the real-time and reliable requirement of HLR(Home Location Register) system in a mobile telecommunication system, this paper proposes an HLR system scheme which considers MMDB(Main Memery Database) as its main memory while DRDB(Disk Resides Database) as its standby, and gives the structure of this system.High performance is reached in the HLR system fulfilled by this scheme.
