Application of MSTP in SCADA System on Uzbekistan Railway

This paper analyzes the business needs of SCADA system on Uzbekistan Railway,also analyzes the technical principle of multi-service transport platform(MSTP) which is based on SDH platform.The MSTP adopts several key technologies,such as the VC virtual concatenation,LCAS(link bandwidth adjustment mechanism),GFP(generic framing protocol),PRP(RPR),MPLS(multiple protocol label switching) and so on,providing Ethernet business with processing functions of passthrough,convergence and layer 2 switch.it can support the virtual private network(VPN) and other businesses,meeting the requirements of SCADA system access in this project.
