Research on Models of Information Transmission and Relation for System Based on Emergency

The models of the system framework,the information transmission and the relation for the information system based on emergency were given in this paper.The system engineering method was used from the system point.A quantitative mathematical basis was built for data analysis,building decision system and the application systems by the information transmission model for the information system based on emergency.The theory reference of the emergency relation was also given through the relation model for the information system based on emergency.
