Geographic Information System(GIS)is a Kind of computer system to acquire,store,manage,analyze and utilize spatial information. Remote Sense(RS)supplies a lot of scientific proof and data to GIS with its spatial character,spectrum character and time character. The application of RS and GIS has presented great latent capacity in water resource management.
