Problems in the Investigation of Computer Crimes and the Countermeasures

During the process while public security organizations are investigating the computer crimes, there exist such problems as the dated investigation model, inadequate fundamental work, deficient rules of seeking evidences, inefficient investigation means and insufficient supply of police, which seriously affects the effectiveness of striking and preventing this kind of crime. In order to realize the new mode of investigation---from suspects to cases, the concept of the computer crime investigation should be updated timely and the fundamental investigation work should be intensified.
