The Fault Tree Analysis and Its Application in the system Reliability Analysis

The reliability has become the design requirement which is equally important as the performance in the modern equipment's design,it also has great influence on the equipment's fight capacity,the survivability,the deployment mobility,the service manpower and the safeguard expense.Aiming at the present complex equipment system reliability research,the paper profits from the fault tree analysis to carry on the analysis and the operation,then introduces correlative theories and mathematics describe of it,finally carries on the quantitative analysis of the dynamic system's reliability through the real example.The result indicates that the fault tree analysis not only is a method which can analyze equipment reliability more accurately,but also is an useful tool for the designer to improve and appraise the system's reliability.
