On the Settlement of Domain Name Dispute

The development of the internet has changed the life of society profoundly and rapidly.At the same time,it has also led to the emergence of a series of new problems,and domain name is one of them.How to solve the problems and how to reconstruct a uniform and scientific domain name system are big issues for us.The types and the reasons of domain name dispute are discussed.Then the application of law to domain name dispute resolution is put forward.
