The Research and Implementation of Dynamic Invocation and Dispatch Mechanism in ICE

Distributed network management is playing an important role in the communication network whose scale is being larger and structure is becoming more and more complicated.Internet communications engine(ICE) is a standard,independent of computer hardware and operating system and object-oriented distributed middleware platform.This paper introduces the basic principle of ICE communication,designs a scheme which is based on dynamic invocation and dispatch mechanism in ICE,which is combined with Java IO technology and realizes the transmission of parameters and file in between different platforms.
