As a subject-oriented data storage technology,Data Warehouse could be the core of aviation customer relationshi Pmanagement system.With analyzing the domestic program of frequent flight passenger,we point out that customer segmentation should be directed by customer value.We design the Chinese aviation customer relationshi Pmanagement data warehouse,and data mining to provide users with decision support through the SPSS.
