This paper analyzes the necessity of individualized information service under network environment,describing the idea of renovating concept,the reform of service mode,constructing the resource system,promoting resource sharing and other viewpoints.It also puts forward the measures of research to user information,applying information technology,establishing expert consulting system,etc.
