Fully considering the present various precision seeders can't apply field deteriorative operational conditions,developed a seeding monitoring LED display system for pneumatic type corn precision seeder.Developed special-purpose sensor overcomes the disadvantages of the photoelectric sensor,the measuring data is high accuracy.From the circuit function,it realized the seeds of jam alarm and the lack seeds alarm of emergency instructions,and shows the location of the source of the problems,avoids the sow seeds was broken bar phenomenon occurs.Field application result shows that this system is stable and reliable performance,to the agricultural production has great production significance and economic benefits.
