Rethinking on the Essence of IPR Object

IPR results from the spread and utilization of the object of IPR,thus,researching into the object of IPR is a prerequisite to further improve IPR system.However,there are many different opinions of the essence of IPR object up to now.It needs integrating information theory(in particular,information of tri-state theory) and the research results of Semiotics to grasp the essence of the object of IPR,recognizing and understanding on the basis of formality theory and symbol theory that the essence of the object of IPR is the symbolized non-primary information.
