College Counselors’ Working Mechanism in Constructing Harmonious Campus

In constructing harmonious campus,college counselors are confronted with the challenges of the complex social environment,the characters of campus students themselves and the deepening reform of higher education.Such problems still exist in the counselors’ work as the backward management mode,unclear working objectives and roles,and lack of long-term mechanism in team construction as well as working mechanism being not standardized and programmed,etc.To solve these problems,the key is to perfect the college counselors’ working mechanism.
