Database Publishing System of IT Ads

This paper presents a database publishing system to layout IT ads automatically. The system can be divided into two layers: the data access subsystem and the layout subsystem, and the design of the layout subsystem is based on SCH (Software Component Hierarchy). The system is well opened because of its layer structure and using of SCH.
