It is usually that the operation parameters of intelligent measuring is achieved by instrument's input panex.But it is leaded to compler mechanism of instrument, and unsafety of parameter.Tlis paper introduce a general purpose parameter input device outside the main instrument,the device can solve the problems that is above metioned effctivelly.The device is called hand operating instzument.
