The input and output characteristics of transistor are the main characteristics of electronic elements.To measure these characteristics with existing instruments is good for students to deepen their understanding about transistor performance,enhance their ability to design and perform tests,as well as the ability to use oscillograph,step wave voltage generator,voltage meter,current meter and so on.
